Where do I check in?

The first landing on the south side of Togetsukyo Bridge is the HOSHINOYA Kyoto Boat Landing. A 15 to 20 minutes boat ride with our staff will take you to the HOSHINOYA Kyoto. If you arrive before check-in time, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.

Is there any Delivery Service between Kyoto Station to HOSHINOYA Kyoto?

Yes. The JR Kyoto Station Delivery Service can be found at the station’s Hachijo Entrance. (Fees payable to Station Delivery Service apply for the service)

Does HOSHINOYA Kyoto arrange sight-seeing tours?

We will assist in arranging tours to fit your requirements. As Kyoto has many attractions requiring prior reservations, we recommend that you consult with us prior to your arrival. Car-hire can also be arranged.

I want to do things that can only be done in Kyoto; does HOSHINOYA Kyoto recommend any particular activities?
